Governor Jerry Brown’s proposals calling for sweeping permanent reductions to the Medi-Cal and Healthy Families Program is the focus of the first part of the February 16th 40 page hearing agenda of the Senate Budget and Fiscal Review Committee, scheduled to meet at 1:00 PM at the State Capitol in Room 4203.  The full agenda is attached this report.
