  • Several Health Facilities Bills Move Forward

Bills Not Passed Out of Both Houses Today Cannot Have Further Action Again Until January 2010

SACRAMENTO, CALIF  (CDCAN) [Updated 09/011/09  05:00 AM  (Pacific Time)] -  The California Legislature will reconvene this morning for what will be its final full day of the 2009 regular legislative session.  Both houses are scheduled to adjourn sometime late today and will not reconvene the regular session of the Legislature until January (though the Legislature is expected to return sometime in the fall for what will likely be one or two or more special sessions to deal with various budget and other issues).
