People can submit written comments on the draft proposal at any of the three public forums or send it directly to the Department of Developmental Services:

CDCAN Note: The Department of Developmental Services says it will accept written comments by the May 9th deadline, but will try to include those written comments that are received no later than early Tuesday morning (May 10th). In addition people will have an opportunity to make public comments either at budget hearings or written comments to the Legislature when the final proposal comes out sometime May 13th or May 16th.
