CDCAN COMMENT: Governor is proposing elimination of state funding for the MSSP (Multipurpose Senior Services Program) with 41 sites across the State, serves over 11,000 Medi-Cal eligible seniors over the age of 65 years who would be placed in an institutional setting but want to remain in their own homes.
